The staff is always friendly and the drinks are always awesome. I've been here several times and have never had a bad experience. I've never tasted burnt coffee from here like I have at the big chain coffee shops. I'll continue to make this the #1 stop for my on the go coffee.
My husband and I are from the Philadelphia area and wanted our coffee fix while staying in Fortuna. Jitter Bean did not disappoint! Friendly service, great prices, and excellent coffee. We will be back tomorrow before leaving town!
If you know me, it's not a secret that JB is my FAVORITE coffee place. They roast their own beans and the medium roast sumatra is *chef's kiss.* I drive through and the girls know my order and have it ready when I get to the window. The coffee is way less acidic than most other places so it doesn't give me heartburn and if you get something chocolatey, they use powdered chocolates instead of the pumps which is SO much better. I would love to see JB open a dine-in spot in fortuna also like they have in Arcata so they could expand their pastry/food options but I am perfectly okay with the current space also. JB will always have my heart.
This is the best coffee around. I get a large 5 shot white mocha and I’m addicted. It’s the best. I come everyday. The girls are so sweet and deserve all the tips! Tip them well people
I come here almost everyday and the staff knows me well. I came thru one day and I was having a bad day, they wrote this to cheer me up! It worked!
Drive through with extremely friendly staff and excellent coffee (or latte and mocha - available both hot or iced). Milkshakes and chocolate for the kids - great place to stop by and refill/refresh. Don't forget to tip... ;-) Highly recommended!
My only complaint is, they didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip lol! I totally spaced that we paid card and didn’t leave a tip, so figured I could at least leave a nice review? Staff is always so sweet, and the coffee is literally the BEST in Humboldt county, hands down! I’ll be sure to tip double next time!
